A Customer has complained to Apple over problems with overheating on their first generation iPads. The fault occurs after the installation of iOS 5 beta according to PC Pro.
it is reported that that staff at the Apple store said that it was a "known issue" with first-generation iPads running the iOS 5 beta.
After initially refusing to replace the iPad, Apple eventually agreed to a replacement and £60 of vouchers in compensation.
